Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are popping up in new renders

New images have appeared of two new devices from Google. With the Pixel 6 series, the manufacturer is breaking new ground, with the fresh design of both the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro. We now learn some additional details about the two models.

Pixel 6 in new renders

We have new images for you of the new Pixel 6 series that will be released by Google in time. Previously, images of the Pixel 6 series appeared and it is now being expanded further. The images come from OnLeaks, a well-known name in the telecom world. We’ll start with the Pixel 6 Pro. This smartphone will be equipped with a periscope lens. The wide camera module is somewhat reminiscent of the Nexus 6P. The design corresponds to the previously published renders.

According to the leaker the Pixel 6 Pro gets a 6.67-inch screen and stereo speakers. The dimensions of the Pro model would be; 163.9 x 75.8 x 8.9 millimeters. At the height of the camera, the device will be considerably thicker, with a thickness of 11.5 millimeters. Below is a video of the Pixel 6 Pro with a render video in it.

Then there is also the ‘standard’ Pixel 6. This smartphone does without a periscope lens. This device will have the same characteristic style for the camera. There will be a 6.4-inch screen and the dimensions 158.6 x 74.8 x 8.9 millimeters. Here too it is a lot thicker at the camera; 11.8 millimeters. Further specifications are still lacking. Earlier, the rumor surfaced that Google is working on its own chipset. We haven’t heard anything about that yet.

In addition, it is unclear when Google will announce the new phones. Last week there was Google I / O and actually we expected them there. Incidentally, it is also questionable whether they will come to the Netherlands this time. Until now, we keep getting wrong in our country and Google does not officially release the Pixel devices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
