Block anonymous callers on iPhone

  1. Tap on ‘Settings’;
  2. Scroll down and tap on ‘Phone’.;
  3. Tap ‘Silence Unknown Callers’;
  4. Set the slider at ‘Keep unknown callers silent’ to on;

Calls from unknown numbers are silenced, sent to voicemail, and appear in Recents. iPhone will still ring for incoming calls from your contacts, people you’ve called, and calls from Siri Suggestions.

2. Block specific anonymous callers on iPhone

Blocking a specific anonymous number is not just possible. To do this, you will need to contact your carrier and ask them to start an investigation. Keep in mind that they don’t just take action. Most of the time, they will only occur if you are harassed repeatedly.

Several providers have a special form on their website for this (KPN, Tele2, T-Mobile and Vodafone). You have to fill in a number of questions and note the times when you were harassed. If your carrier can find out who this anonymous caller is on your iPhone, they will request that they stop this behavior.
