The Fallout series will be filmed this year -apkrig

We wrote about the new series according to Fallout as early as July 2020. At that time, Amazon gained the rights and entrusted the adaptation to the authors of the successful series Westworld by HBO. Now, thanks to Deadline magazine, we have learned that the series will start filming this year and the first episode will be directed by Jonathan Nolan, who is not only signed under Westworld, but is also a co-writer of Interstellar, Perfect Trick or Dark Knight. Jonathan Nolan is, of course, the brother of the more famous Christopher Nolan, but he doesn’t pay much attention to directing.

Fallout showrunners are Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner. The adaptation from Amazon and Kilter Films is created in collaboration with Bethesda, and Todd Howard is an executive producer. The year before, he revealed that the authors had been thinking about adaptation for a long time. But they found the right partners at Kilter Films and its producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. “We are huge fans of their work and we can’t be more excited to work with them and Amazon Studios,” said Todd Howard the year before last.

Amazon Studios praises Fallout as an iconic global brand that has hordes of loyal fans around the world and a rich story. According to the producers, the series wants to capture the harsh magic and mood of the post-apocalyptic world, but also some of its crazier moments associated with ironic humor and the atmosphere of B-side sci-fi from the fifties.
