According to some rumors, the price of the iPhone 15 will rise again. Then the only question is by how many euros the price will creep up this year. There may also be an iPhone 15 Ultra this year. And if we take a look at the Apple Watch Ultra, the price of this top iPhone will be even higher!

3. (Too) closed system

There’s a reason devices in Apple’s ecosystem work so well together. It’s a closed system and Apple doesn’t just let other parties in. In addition, the company from Cupertino also sets strict requirements for other equipment.

That offers many advantages for the iPhone, we immediately admit that, but there are also considerable irritations. This way you are actually forced to always use hardware that has been approved by Apple. And if another device can still work together with Apple’s stuff, it doesn’t work nearly as well.

4. Battery life is still mediocre

The iPhone 14 Pro Max has a large battery, but this smartphone also needs to be charged after a very busy day. Of course you can turn off the always on screen and turn the brightness down, but you shouldn’t, right? Apple just keeps skimping on battery size and that’s just a shame.

5. File Sharing: Continues to be annoying outside of Apple

If you want to share files, it’s pretty easy via AirDrop. But then both users must have an Apple device. Want to share a photo with an Android user? Then you have to forward it via WhatsApp or put it online somewhere. Not to mention sharing other files.

6. Autocorrect

The keyboard of your iPhone has a very handy autocorrect function that fixes errors for you right away. Useful! That’s for sure! But still, the function often causes irritations on the iPhone. Especially when you regularly type English words (or sentences), things go wrong. There may be a lot of tinkering with that.

7. More options to customize your iPhone

You can adjust more and more on your iPhone, but Apple remains rigid in some cases. For example, it is still not possible to place apps wherever you want on the home screen (they always remain on a kind of invisible grid).

You can now adjust the lock screen quite a bit, but Apple also persists there. For example, you still can’t remove the flashlight icon. Those kinds of iPhone irritations really need to be resolved, don’t they, Apple?
