The German Institute for Service Quality (short DISQ) compared 13 local insurance companies. The ranking of the best legal protection insurance is based on an analysis with the following criteria: general tariff features, product-specific services, contract terms and scope of insurance.

It includes school grades from “very good” to “unsatisfactory” – with no insurance provider doing worse than “good”. All of the data collected comes from company inquiries and results in a scale of up to 100 points.
