The specifications of the customized Wear OS watches have leaked

Shortly after the introduction of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, information leaked about other premium smart watches with Wear OS 3. Fossil Gen 6 will be equipped with a 1.28 ″ OLED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100+ chipset, according to the PhoneArena portal.

Fossil Gen 6: SpO2 sensor, built-in GPS and several days of endurance

The leak further informs that the watch will be available in two sizes – 42 mm and 44 mm. The chipset will be complemented by 8 GB of storage space, built-in GPS and various sensors for monitoring the health of physical activity. With the new generation of Fossil watches, you will be able to measure steps, heart rate, sleep quality and blood oxygen saturation.

The battery can handle up to 24 hours of heavy use, but with the power save mode turned on, it lasts without charging for several days. In addition, fast charging support ensures that the watch charges up to 80% in 30 minutes.

As Fossil Gen 6 will run on the new version of Wear OS, it will also be possible to pay with them using Google Pay.

Fossil will introduce a new generation of smart watches next month

In terms of price and availability, the company will reportedly introduce the new watch in Germany on September 27. Initially, there will be three models available for women and men from 300 to 330 euros.
