It’s over and out for sports app Endomondo. The application with which you can keep track of your workouts will go black at the end of this year. You can export your data.
With the free Endomondo app, users can keep track of their walking or cycling trip in a clear app. Not only can you keep track of your workouts, but it is also possible to analyze them accurately with various tools. You can also set goals and add friends thanks to the community.
However, Under Armor has decided to discontinue the Endomondo app. From January 1, 2021, it is no longer possible to download the application from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. The app can continue to be used until April 1, but no more bug fixes are distributed and there is no customer service. The application can no longer be used from this date.
Under Armor recommends users download the UA MapMyRun. You have these in different types of apps; for running, fitness, cycling and walking. This alternative gives you the option to synchronize the data you can store within Endomondo with MapMyRun. This is possible until April 1, after which it will no longer work. Only the workouts are synchronized with this. Other things such as personal records, friends and comments are not included.
