Samsung rolls out January update for Galaxy A50, Z Flip and Tab S7

A new January update is ready for some Samsung models at the last minute before the end of the month. The new updates are available for the Galaxy A50, the Galaxy Z Flip and the Tab S7.

Samsung rolls out January update

Samsung has prepared a new update for a number of devices just in time. First of all, there is the update for the Samsung Galaxy A50. According to Henk, this smartphone will be updated with January security update, currently the latest security patch available for Android. Together with the patch from Google, the manufacturer also implements its own patches.

There is also a new update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+, which Jan draws our attention to. The two tablets also receive the new security update. Looking at the changelog, we see no further changes, but Samsung’s own patches have also been added on top of the patches from Google. The size of the update is 255.30MB and is now available in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Finally, there is news for those with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. This foldable smartphone from Samsung will also receive the January update. This means that the devices are completely up to date, right at the last minute of the start of February.
