Samsung is giving slightly fewer software updates to popular Android smartphones

Samsung smartphones and tablets are kept up to date with software updates over the years. Completely new models like the Galaxy S22 even come with a five-year update guarantee. After a few years, however, the frequency of updates will be reduced somewhat, and that is exactly what applies to two popular models, which are far from being old-fashioned.

Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy A50 receive updates less frequently

Just yesterday we said goodbye to a true smartphone legend. Officially, the Galaxy S9 no longer receives software updates. But that always means that the successors will be downgraded a bit. This is now the case for the Galaxy S10 series and the Galaxy A50.
