Regiojet has a new mobile application for buying tickets
The private carrier RegioJet is launching for its customers new website and also a sales application. In the new modern graphic and functional layout, there is a complete offer of all train and bus connections, an easy way to book tickets and other information and services. Both platforms are in a new guise for a few hours and Tickets for sale throughout the autumn season are on sale – until December this year. In addition to summer connections, passengers can now also book tickets for journeys during the new school year – including the autumn holidays and the extended weekends of 28 September and October 2021; possibly around the holiday of November 17.
The web and the new application are said to be based on proposals that arose from extensive interviews and analyzes of customer behavior not only on the web and in the mobile application, but also directly on trains, buses or stations. For example, users emphasized the need improve station and stop search, the functioning and behavior of the cart, remembering popular payment methods, primarily Apple Pay and Google Pay. From the point of view of users, clarity when used on mobile devices proved to be a crucial parameter.
“The goal is for our application to be used not only by regular passengers but also by tourists and visitors who visit the Czech Republic or other countries in which we operate as a carrier. We will be systematically respond to user needs, their feedback and bring new functionalitieswhich are based on our wide portfolio of services. We have a strategy for further development of our websites and applications for the next three years, “adds Petr Beťák, Director of the Digital Product Department.
