‘OnePlus comes with OnePlus 9E’; concept 9 Pro also appeared

Behind the scenes, OnePlus is working hard on the 9 series. If the latest reports are correct, then we can expect three models in the 9 series. A newcomer is the device with the name OnePlus 9E. We also see concepts from the 9 Pro.

OnePlus 9E on the way?

When OnePlus announced a new series a few years ago, such as the 5 or the 6, it started with one device in the spring and one device in the autumn. The series in the autumn received the addition T. Since the 7 series, things are a bit different and the manufacturer usually presents two models in the spring. In 2021, things may just look different again, because we can expect three models in the 9 series next year. In addition to the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro, the Chinese manufacturer would like to present the OnePlus 9E.

Unfortunately, we do not yet know many details about the OnePlus 9E. The smartphone may be placed between the OnePlus Nord series and the 9 and offers some of the capabilities of a flagship, at a price in the upper mid-range. Samsung previously did this with the Galaxy S10e. We suspect a price of around 500-600 euros, although that remains guesswork. If the messages are correct, the OnePlus market will become even more saturated. It seems that the manufacturer would prefer to serve all markets. We also saw this with the Nord series. We recently saw the Nord N10 and the N100. Next year, a OnePlus Nord SE would also be planned.

OnePlus 9 Pro concept

Jermaine, also known as CConceptCreator, has published a video in which we get to see the OnePlus 9 Pro. Or rather, a concept of the new device. The images were created on the basis of the information and leaks known so far. Previously published renders of the OnePlus 9 Pro and Jermaine has also been inspired for this. Whether the OnePlus 9 Pro will really look like this remains to be seen, but given the leaks, it may just be that it is very close.
