WhatsApp gets 3 new features

1. Disappearing Mode

After rolling out messages with expiration dates, Facebook is now working on developing the so-called ‘disappearing mode’ or the Disappearing Mode. Messages with an expiry date allow you to automatically delete messages in an individual conversation. If you start a new chat, you will have to re-enable the function for that chat.

Disappearing mode goes a step further, because then the messages of all new conversations disappear automatically. You can simply turn that function on from the settings. 2. Watch once

Mark Zuckerberg also confirms that the View Once feature will be rolled out soon. This feature allows the recipient to access your photos and videos only once before they disappear from the chat. Something similar is already present in Instagram’s private messages, and there the function is called Watch once.

3. Multi device

The multi-device feature, or the ability to use your WhatsApp account on multiple devices at the same time, will be rolled out to WhatsApp Beta within two months. It was also announced that up to 4 devices can be connected.
