OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro receive OxygenOS 11.0.10.10 with new patch

OnePlus is rolling out a new update for two of its smartphones. The update has version number OxygenOS 11.0.10.10 and fixes some improvements, and also brings a new patch.

A new update is ready for the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro. The two smartphones are updated by the Chinese manufacturer with a new OxygenOS update. As we are used to from OnePlus, not only is a new security patch delivered, but there are also other improvements. Security update December is there, but also a bug against crashing WhatsApp has been squashed. We also see improvements for the Google Assistant and attention has been paid to the settings screen.

    • Fixed the issue that Google Assistant and Gpay doesn’t display as expected in the Setup Wizard
    • Fixed the low probability issue of WhatsApp crash
    • Updated Android security patch to 2021.12

OnePlus always rolls out updates in phases. This means that it may take a while until everyone sees the new update for the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro roll in.
