Moto G52 shows itself in photos; specifications also leaked

Motorola is coming soon with an expansion for the G-series. The GX2 series is just around the corner, where we got to see the Moto G22 earlier in March. Now we get an image and specifications of the Moto G52.

Moto G52 in pictures

Images have surfaced of the new Moto G52. The smartphone, which will probably be announced in the near future, will be part of the new generation of Moto G series devices. In this case it will be the successor of the Moto G51. The first phone from the second-generation G-series was the Moto G22, which was shown in March. So now we arrive with the G52.

It is striking that unlike the Moto G51, there seems to be no 5G present. It looks more like an improved version of the Moto G41, just a smartphone that only came to the Netherlands in January. Motorola gives the G52 a Snapdragon 680 chipset, 4/6GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. Out of the box, the device comes with Android 12.

Reportedly, the Moto G52 will have a 6.55-inch P-OLED screen with a Full-HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. This makes the screen a lot smaller than the 6.8-inch screen of the current G51. The camera is said to offer a 50MP main camera along with an 8MP wide-angle and 2MP depth camera. The front camera has a 16 megapixel lens. We also expect a 5000 mAh battery with as yet unknown charging speed and stereo speakers. We expect more details in the near future. The Moto G51 was presented in November last year.
