Now it so happens that Lenovo is the parent company of Motorola, the smartphone manufacturer. However, this was often not visible to consumers on the company’s smartphones. Motorola continued what it once started. As a result, we still see smartphones such as the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra and the well-known G line of the brand. Now Lenovo seems to want to transfer a little more of its fame to Motorola. Images have surfaced of the Motorola ThinkPhone, reports TheTechOutlook.

Reliable, sturdy and premium

Lenovo’s ThinkPads are specially made for the business market. The laptops come with the Pro version of Windows, have a sturdy housing and offer some extra security options. The design of the laptops is also very solid. Not special, but recognizable and premium. These three features – reliable, sturdy and premium – should also become the three spearheads of the Motorola ThinkPhone.

Return of aluminum and other specifications

According to the rumors, the ThinkPhone will have an aluminum housing. If this turns out to be true, the editors will shed a positive tear. An ‘Aramid Fiber Inlay layer’ will be placed over this to ensure that the aluminum scratches less quickly.

Furthermore, the ThinkPhone should have access to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, Qualcomm’s high-end chipset this year. The device will also be able to be charged with a power of 68W and run on Android 13. It is not yet known how many upgrades and updates the smartphone will receive, presumably three Android upgrades and four years of security updates. Finally, we see on the images that the ThinkPhone has three cameras on the back. This may be a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor.
