iPhone 13 models have just as much RAM as their predecessors
The iPhone 13 has been improved in many areas compared to the iPhone 12. Unfortunately, that does not apply to the amount of RAM. Research shows that all variants of the iPhone 13 have the same amount of RAM as their predecessors.

As much RAM in iPhone 13 as in iPhone 12
Apple never reveals how much RAM is in new iPhones. Nevertheless, thanks to research by MacRumors now that all models of the iPhone 13 have exactly as much RAM as their predecessors. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini have 4GB of RAM, just like the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.
The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max go a step further with 6GB of RAM. That amount is also unchanged from the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Working memory determines, among other things, the amount of apps that you can run in the background. More RAM makes it easier to switch between apps. They don’t have to restart every time. It is a pity that the iPhone 13 is not making any progress in this area, but it is certainly not insurmountable. iPhones are very economical with RAM.
It is also quite logical that the Pro models have more RAM than the normal iPhones. They have more advanced functions that consume a lot of working memory. Incidentally, the iPhone 13 Pro (Max) also has a slightly more powerful variant of the A15 chip than the normal iPhone 13 (mini).
