Current Fitbit accounts will be supported until “at least the beginning of 2025”, after which everyone will have to sign in with a Google account, Fitbit says. For future newly released Fitbit devices and future features, you may be asked to sign in with a Google account earlier. Google will not use Fitbit users’ health data for advertising, the company said.
