Elon Musk will continue to play an important role at Twitter and has already planned to serve in the dual role of Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer (CTO/Chief Technical Officer), which will allow him to oversee new Twitter products and services.

My role will transition to being exec chair & CTO, overseeing product, software & sysops.
