The crazy building game The Wandering Village has every chance of becoming a new Steam hit: The premise alone is pretty exciting – you control a race dedicated to the Back of the wandering turtle creature Onbu rescued to escape from mysterious poisonous plants. So Onbu stomps through the beautiful wilderness on his gigantic legs and you not only have to build a city, but also live in symbiosis with the being that saves you.

156,000 euros on Kickstarter – and TikTok already loves it

The Wandering Village has a long and fairly successful history. In October 2020, developer Stray Fawn Studio will launch the Kickstarter campaign to the game and was fully financed within 24 hours. At that time it was still a question of numbers under 50,000 euros – when the campaign was over, the game had hit and miss €155,964 from over 6000 backers painted.
