Check out 8 minutes from the new Czech game The Last Oricru -apkrig

At the beginning of June, as soon as the embargo fell, we informed you that the Czech title LostHero was renamed The Last Oricru, found a publisher and has even greater ambitions. But we couldn’t show you a new video from the game from the GoldKnights studio. Despite the fact that it appeared in a presentation for journalists, which was organized before the E3 by the company Koch Media, or its new label Prime Matter.

New game, familiar voice

But that has changed now. It is not necessary to thoroughly imagine the whole action RPG, which mixes elements of sci-fi and fantasy, but the demonstration is definitely worth attention. Her guide is Warhorse studio spokesman Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, who currently helps with communication in other Koch projects as well, and the Czech The Last Oricru is naturally one of them.

The demonstration demonstrates Wardenia’s world itself, characters, enemies and fights. It would be like carrying wood into the forest to repeat everything that sounds right in the video, which you will definitely play, but it is worth mentioning, for example, how your choices and decisions will affect the story and the whole adventure. After all, the shots will show in practice what it looks like when you have a choice between multiple solutions to the same situation. The passage devoted to cooperation and its functioning also deserves attention.

The Last Oricru is to be released in 2022 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series in digital and boxed versions. The game attracts split-screen cooperation and is powered by Unreal Engine 4 technology from Epic. Studio GoldKnights was founded in 2016 by Pavel J. Strnad and today it consists of almost 40 people. We also interviewed Pavel in the last article and asked him about renaming the game and the new publisher.

“As we gradually worked on and improved the game, it became clear that publishing it ourselves would not work. So I was gradually looking for a partner, “Pavel Strnad told us, saying that they had several offers, but Koch attracted him the most. “Because I thought they were European, they will understand us better and at the same time have a large portfolio of RPG games,” he added.
