Beware, another dangerous charger has appeared on the market

Only last week, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority drew attention to a dangerous charging adapter, which was also sold in several Slovak e-shops. Another health-enduring charger has now appeared on the market 4-OK RT-50. The Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (SOI) ordered its withdrawal from the sale and warned the population about its use via the official website. The portal zive.aktuality.sk was the first to draw attention to the topic.

The charger may cause an electric shock

It is a black charging adapter originating from China with a USB-A connector and a power of 1 A. The product package also includes a one-meter microUSB cable. According to SOI, there is a problem with insufficient insulation of the device, which puts the user at risk of electric shock. The product also lacks some information about the manufacturer and instructions in the Slovak language on the packaging.

If you own this charger, we recommend that you stop using it in your own interest. In addition, you have the option of returning the product to the seller from whom you purchased it and recovering the money.
