ING customers have to look for an alternative: the bank has announced the end of the popular payment service Giropay. The time has come at the end of March, a specific date has already been set. However, ING does not want to say goodbye to Giropay entirely.

Giropay is the German alternative to PayPal. The service allows you to pay online, send money to friends and also offers buyer protection. Nevertheless, with ING, a well-known money house is now leaving Giropay – at least in part.

ING customers who pay for their online purchases via Giropay will have to look for a new provider by the end of March at the latest.
