Apple Watch Series 7 gets a fresh, industrial design and comes in a new color
The Apple watch is getting a facelift. A reliable source says that the Apple Watch Series 7 will have an “industrial” design with hard edges, just like the iPhone 12. There is also a new color on the way.

Rumor: Apple Watch Series 7 gets new design
The rumor has been brought into the world by Jon Prosser, not an unknown name for fixed iPhonedreaders. Prosser regularly shares information about unannounced information and, for example, predicted the design of the new iMac at an early stage.
According to Prosser, the Apple Watch Series 7 will have a completely new design that is similar to other new Apple products, such as the iPhone 12 and iMac with M1 chip. This means that the Apple watch gets a square, flat case with hard, upright edges. Prosser therefore calls the design “industrial”.
He does indicate that the design is “more subtle” than with other Apple products. The case of the watch may be less angular than on the iPhone 12. At first glance, it does not seem pleasant to wear an incredibly angular watch.
Prosser also reveals that the Apple Watch Series 7 will come in a new color: green. This would be exactly the same shade as the green AirPods Max headphones and iPad Air 2020.

We expect the Series 7 to include a glucose meter. This is particularly beneficial for people with diabetes, because they can measure their blood sugar level without having to test. It is also rumored that the new Apple Watch will have a fingerprint scanner (Touch ID) so that you can unlock the watch with your finger.
