YouTube Vanced: a premium YouTube without ads, free and without limits
Difficult in our time to do without Youtube. Whether it is to watch a clip, a trailer or old images of a basketball game between the Bulls and the Knicks in 1992 (“OK boomer”; Editor’s note), it is difficult not to find what you are looking for on the platform owned by Google since 2006. Except that in 2021, use Youtube on his cell phone has become a nightmare. Each video is indeed preceded by several advertisements that unfortunately cannot be skipped. Sometimes they can be ignored after 5 seconds, but this is not always the case. So when you do 10 videos in a row, you no longer have the impression of watching TF1 than anything else.
The solution to this is called YouTube Premium which magically makes advertisements disappear in exchange for a monthly subscription of € 11.99. This also allows you to access the service YouTube Music, which is somewhat the response of the American giant to Spotify. A new subscription, YouTube Lite, is currently in the test phase everywhere in Europe (except in France…). He will be content to remove the ads for € 6.99. Even lower, this amount is still not negligible, especially when you know that there is a way to have everything for free with YouTube Vanced.
Alternative pirate version
YouTube Vanced is indeed an unofficial alternative app of Youtube who proposes natively and for free most of the features of the paid version. Everything that is advertising therefore already has the very good idea to disappear. You may also be entitled to the overlay in thumbnail mode on your phone screen of the video you are watching. You can therefore do something else on your smartphone while continuing to watch.
Very convenient when you listen to music, it will be also possible to listen to the sound of the video even if your screen is off. Enough to save the battery of your faithful companion. Finally, you will also have access to the free alternative version of YouTube Music. You can even, if you wish, log in with your account Gmail and find your favorites and subscriptions like on the official application. Only the downloading of videos and music is not possible on the versions Vanced, but it is a lesser evil.

It would indeed be suicidal on the part of Google to leave a storefront in his market to an application that makes him lose money. However, YouTube Vanced is very easy to find and even on its official website on which we invite you to go: https://vancedapp.com/.
Once on the page, you will first have to download and install Vanced Manager.
Once this is done, open it and first press the “Vanced microG” box which will install it on your smartphone. Then the same must be done on the “YouTube Vanced” box to install it. You will then have the choice of configuring several parameters, from the choice of language to dark mode. It will be necessary to do the same for “YouTube Music Vanced”.
With just a few clicks, you have, among other things, said goodbye to all the advertising on Youtube ! Isn’t life beautiful? (For you, eh, not for the creators to whom you just cut the income and who will have to sell their children back because they can no longer feed them.)
