Google Pixel Watch: the price of the connected watch is revealed
On October 6, Google will organize a conference to unveil in detail its Pixel 7 smartphones and its Pixel Watch connected watch. But what will be the price? 9to5Google was able to get US rates.
The Pixel Watch in its Wi-Fi version will cost $349.99. It will be $50 more, or $399.99, for the cellular model. Google seems visibly very confident since its product will be more expensive than Samsung’s models. For example, the Galaxy Watch 5 starts at $279 for the 40mm model and $309 for the 44mm model. The Samsung model has a recent chip, where the Google watch will have a chip… dating from 2018. The battery will also be smaller.
Also, Google will be very close to the Apple Watch. For example, the Apple Watch Series 8 (which claims to be the latest model) costs $399. For the new Apple Watch SE, the starting price is $299.
The leak of the day also allows you to learn the different colors that will be offered. Google will make its connected watch available in black, gray and gold colors.
We will have to wait for the conference on October 6 to know all the details, including prices in Europe. They should logically be more than similar to those in dollars.
