YouTube comes with renewed Material You design to Android

YouTube’s Android app may soon look a little different. It’s a relatively minor change, but it’s part of the Material You design. What exactly will change?

The YouTube app is slowly but surely getting design changes from the Material You design. In recent times, various applications from Google have already been provided with the new design. Images show that the buttons in the YouTube app will be the first to act for the changes. This includes the buttons under a video, such as the like buttons, sharing, and other options. We see the familiar pill-shaped shape and the like and dislike button are part of a share button.

It is unknown when the design changes will be applied to all users.
