you place this in your living room
Google wants to bring a little more cheerfulness to the living rooms at this time. The company has further expanded the AR Animals for this. You can now bring up to fifty new animals to life in your home, office, garden or just on the go.
50 new AR Animals
In recent months, Google has fully focused on AR, or augmented reality. With this technique certain subjects and characters can be brought to life. You can then ‘project’ these at any place. Think of in your living room, in the bedroom, in the backyard or at the bus stop. Animals from Australia have already been added to the service, but also various pets, prehistoric beasts, 3D models and even buildings such as the Brandenburg Gate.
Now 50 new animals have been added, which seem to be mainly different breeds that have been added. Think of dogs like the border collie, cocker spaniel, dachshund, German shepherd, chihuahua and poodle, as well as cat breeds such as the maine coon, ragdoll and the press. Also new are the hamster, guinea pig, hippo, zebra, unicorn, pig, red panda, giraffe and 3D models of a kitten or puppy.
What do you have to do for this? Not much actually. First of all, you need a device that supports Augmented Reality. There are now a lot, but cheaper devices usually do not have this. Search on your smartphone in Google for the relevant animal type, after which you will see an option to show it in your room.
