Fritzbox: This is how updates are installed

the easiest way to the current Fritzbox software consists of automatic updates that are installed without any action on the part of the owner. However, if these are deactivated, an update must be triggered manually via the router’s user interface. As a further alternative, the corresponding FritzOS file can be downloaded directly from the manufacturer AVM and then transferred to the Fritzbox.
