We’re taking this. One rather annoying feature will soon disappear from Google Photos

Do you have an Android 11 phone and use the Google Photos application in it, which is not the primary tool for browsing, sorting or editing images on your mobile phone? Most likely, you know one annoying feature that belongs to it. When you try to delete a photo or video from this application, you must manually enable deletion. That seems to change with the advent of Android 12, and we’re in favor of all ten. According to recently discovered developer notes, Google Photos and possibly other tools should be available freer rights for editing and especially deleting files.

What exactly is to change? The annoying permission dialog is displayed when Google Photos (or another) is not set as primary / system. So the solution is to switch between basic applications, but that’s it may not meet the understanding of all users. Instead, the new version of Android is said to remove the need, and Google Photos will be given easier rights to edit and delete files. Immediately and without lingering questions. This is how it works with Pixel phones, but for example, owners of Samsung or Xiaomi mobile phones are no strangers to this dialog box.

Do you encounter this necessity as well?
