TWS headphones with ANC and 30-hour endurance

Just a few days after the introduction of the TWS Redmi AirDots 3 Pro headphones, another Chinese manufacturer is also bringing its model Oppo. His headphones Oppo Enco Free2 they have an even higher level of soundproofing and overall endurance than Redmi solutions. The parameters of the news were revealed by the portal GSMArena.

The new Oppo Enco Free2 headphones will be sold in black and white. At first glance, they resemble the popular Apple AirPods. Unlike them, they have exchangeable silicone sockets of various sizes at the end. According to the manufacturer, the headphones meet the water resistance of the IP54 certification. They shouldn’t mind dust or rain. But definitely don’t go swimming with them. The weight of one handset is only 4.4 grams.

For pairing with a smartphone, the headphones support the latest version of Bluetooth 5.2. At the same time, they are thinking of mobile gamers, who will be offered a special low-latency mode of 47 ms for playing games. There is also support for AAC and SBC codecs. You can also use the headphones to control the smartphone’s camera shutter. However, only if you get one of the smartphones from the Oppo Reno 6 series.

Advanced soundproofing of the surroundings and long life

The most significant improvements are the addition of active noise reduction technology (ANC) up to 42 dB and various sound enhancements on which OPPO has worked with the Danish company Dynaudio. The Chinese manufacturer has already cooperated with this company in the case of the previous Oppo Enco X headphones.

The headphones will also please with very good endurance. It should correspond to 4.5 hours of music playback with ANC turned on. When the ANC is switched off, the endurance is extended to 6.5 hours. By using the charging case, the charging life can be extended up to 30 hours of music playback. The case itself is charged via the USB-C connector. Oppo Enco Free2 will go on sale in China on June 5 for a price of 75 euros. Availability in the global market has not yet been announced.
