‘The sleep coach gave us our night’s rest back’

‘When my son was nine months old and his sleep rhythm was still very difficult to find, I knew: I am not going to solve this alone. I need help,” Angela says. Thanks to the sleep coach, Angela learned that there are many factors that influence your child’s sleep. ‘Age, food, the temperature of the baby’s room, lighting and so on. It’s a lot to take in and understand, especially if you can barely keep your eyes open.’

The sleep coach also advised Angela to keep a sleep diary for her son. ‘She gained insight into my son’s sleeping behavior and was able to help devise possible solutions.’

Push in the back

In hindsight, Angela wished she’d gone to see the woman sooner. “Talk to her found that what I was doing wasn’t wrong, it just needed some minor adjustments. I soon noticed a difference in my son’s sleep rhythm. Of course it can be different with another mother – no child sleeps the same. For one it takes a week to master a sleep rhythm, for the other longer. But I recommend everyone to consult a sleep coach. Because it is precisely that little push that can make all the difference.’
