Top 10 most powerful smartphones (November/December 2022)

Here is a new point on the most powerful smartphones according to the AnTuTu benchmarking app. Remember that this is the return of the ranking for devices sold on the Western market. We must of course put things into perspective a little because AnTuTu is only one software among many others. This is just a point of reference: the quality of a smartphone is not just a few numbers. AnTuTu does not judge the quality of the screen, the photo part or the endurance. Moreover, between a smartphone with 1 million points and another with 988,000 points, the difference is often very discreet.

Want to test AnTuTu on your device? Due to disputes between the publisher and Google, the app is not available on the Play Store. To be sure not to get dirty, go to the official site and learn more about installing an APK file…

Here is the ranking for this month of December on mobiles that were released in November 2022 and before:

Top 10 AnTuTu
3 Asus devices on the podium!

The ROG Phone 6 at the top!

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip takes the lion’s share of this ranking: it equips the first 4 places! But the American firm does not stop there since it is omnipresent with 9 out of 10 devices. The other brand that stands out from this ranking is the Taiwanese manufacturer Asus with the first three places and an overpowered ROG Phone 6 (the version with 16 GB of RAM)! Behind, we will find a very good Xiaomi 12T Pro, the Nubia Red Magic 7 and the Black Shark 5 Pro. Surprisingly, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is still in the running as previous iterations of the folding smartphone were out of the game after a month or two. He has some under the hood the little one!

The only representative Vivo X80 with a MediaTek SoC

Even more surprising is the presence of the Vivo X80 in eighth place. It must be said that this very good device is the only one in the ranking to be equipped with a MediaTek chip: the Dimensity 9000. Engraved in 4 nm and 5G compatible, the latter is very interesting in terms of the quality / price ratio. The Taiwanese founder, used to entry-level smartphones, has beefed up its game this year with this chip, which rivals the top of the basket. It is this chip that pushed Qualcomm to release its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 just after its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The battle continues since we will soon see the 9000+ in this ranking even though a 9200 is in preparation. .

The Vivo X80
It does not look like much, but it is a “sacred number” this X80. LAUL.
