This is what the new Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro look like

New renders of the new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro have appeared, giving us a better idea of what Samsung’s new earbuds will look like. Interesting, because Samsung makes one of the most popular line of earbuds for Android users.

Samsung Galaxy 2 Pro

The renders are in 3D, which gives us a good idea of what the earplugs will eventually look like. The earbuds have to compete with, among others, Appe AirPods and Google Pixel Buds. The regular Samsung Galaxy 2 earbuds appeared about a year ago, when the smart watch Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 also appeared. It is therefore best time for new earplugs.

Plus a new watch, because various evidence has already been found that the Korean tech company is coming with a successor to Galaxy Watch 4. Thanks to the well-known good Evan Blass and 91Mobiles, we now get to see more of the earplugs. Be sure to take a look at that link, because then you can see the earplugs in motion. They will be called Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and it looks like they are not very different from the Galaxy Buds Pro that appeared in January 2021. The code name is Zenith and they are said to have sound support from AKG.

Bora Purple

In terms of appearance, the earbuds are not a very big change compared to their predecessor. The charging case has the same clamshell design, which opens like a kind of oyster. The USB-C port is located on the back. There is a new color available, namely Bora Purple, which is a certain shade of purple. That color would also be the new color of other gadgets to be unveiled at the next Unpacked event.

If purple is a bit too much for you, you can also opt for the less pronounced white or black. Unfortunately, we can only see the appearance: there is little to say about what the earbuds can do, how long they will last on their battery or what they will cost. The hope is based on better noise reduction, because Samsung has not been successful in this to date. Or ears.
