The telecom went down. Calls and data did not work

The Slovak mobile operator Telekom recorded a several-hour service outage last night. Customers all over Slovakia had a problem with signal dropout and dating. The reader Milan pointed out the problem to us.

The problem seems to be fixed

The outage was also confirmed by the Downdetector platform, where the operator’s customers began to report problems at approximately 9 p.m. The portal recorded the most reports between 9 pm and 11 pm, from approximately 300 users. The issue appears to have been resolved subsequently.

Telekom has not yet commented on the outage

The operator has not yet informed about the problem through its official channels, so the cause and other details are not currently known. We are currently finding out more information directly with the operator and we will update the article when we know more.
