The Living Dead will return in the sequel to VR hit -apkrig
The highly rated VR of The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners from 2020 for PC, Oculus Quest and PlayStation VR from Skydance Interactive and Skybound Entertainment will be continued. The novelty with the subtitle Chapter 2: Retribution is already in development and will continue the story of the first part. Players have to meet new faces and new threats and make choices that decide their fate.
On this occasion, the authors thanked the players for the support and support they expressed in the first game. The authors emphasize that this is not a small extension, but a full-fledged stand-alone sequel. Unfortunately, the details are still on us, and it gives the impression that someone has hurried a bit for some reason. You would wait in vain for screenshots, or at least a CGI teaser, as is typical in such situations.
More questions than answers
We do not currently know the exact release date or any supported platforms. Naturally, the price is not talked about yet, and we currently have only one artwork at our disposal. But the game should work later this year and appears according to the press release at least on Quest. Second generation PSVR is also speculated. But it’s purely a fan deduction. Further details promise developers to publish during the year.
The first episode has already reached 2.5 million players on all platforms. The title became hugely popular on the PlayStation, which was, of course, due to the fact that The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners was included by Sony in the offer for PS Plus subscribers.
