Samsung has introduced two new tablets. Both demanding and undemanding users will get their money’s worth

Samsung’s tablet portfolio has once again expanded with two exciting models. The manufacturer informed about them through a press release. The tablet has been successful recently, which is probably due to a pandemic. People worked from home and used tablets for video calls, for example.

“The demand for tablets is constantly growing. Users are looking for devices that keep up with their creative and busy lifestyle, whether it’s distance learning, connecting with friends or private entertainment, ” said Woncheol Cha, vice president and head of the Experience Planning Team, Mobile Communications Business, at Samsung Electronics. “We are pleased to be able to provide customers with the technology they need to survive every day to the fullest. The Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite have many great features designed to meet the daily needs of users. ”

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G

The first and better equipped of the two new tablets is the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G. As the name suggests, it offers a 5G connection. It offers a large TFT display with a diagonal of 12.4 ″ and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. Unfortunately, the refresh rate is only 60 Hz.

Performance is provided by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, which is manufactured using an 8 nm manufacturing process. It is complemented by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, which can be expanded with memory cards with a maximum capacity of up to 1 TB.

It will please a large battery with a capacity of 10,090 mAh together with 45 W charging. The package contains a 25 W charging adapter, the one with a power of 45 W will need to be purchased separately. What will please is the S Pen, which is part of the sales package.

At the back is a camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels and autofocus, selfie sensor has a resolution of 5 MP.

The system does not lack interesting tweaks directly from Samsung. For example, there is a DeX mode that turns your tablet into a mini-computer. If we add the supplied S Pen and a high-quality case with a keyboard, it can partially replace a notebook.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE will be available on the Slovak market from the end of June in four colors – black, silver, green and pink for the recommended price of 649 €.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite

An affordable tablet that will be appreciated by less demanding users. Thanks to the 8.7 ″ display, it is compact and easily portable. The resolution of this TFT display is 1340 x 800 pixels. The device comes in both Wi-Fi and LTE versions.

The system will be taken care of by the MediaTek Helio P22T processor, which is supplemented by 3 GB of operational memory. The storage has a capacity of only 32 GB and is expandable with microSD memory cards up to 1 TB.

The 5100 mAh battery supports fast charging with a power of 15 W. Stereo speakers will also enjoy it. The photo equipment is covered by an 8-megapixel camera at the back with autofocus and a 5 MP selfie sensor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is sold on the Slovak market from today for a recommended price of € 169 in the Wi-Fi version and € 199 in the LTE version. It is available in gray and silver.

Competition

The biggest competition for all tablets are Apple’s iPads. However, in this case, it’s a good idea to decide which operating system you prefer. From the Android competition, it is worth mentioning the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro, which competes with the more expensive of the new products introduced today. We are currently testing this tablet in the newsroom and will review it in the coming days.
