Make sure the Airplane mode is turned off – When this mode is enabled, you can’t make calls, and you can’t receive them either. Open Quick Settings and ensure the option is turned off.
Restart your device – Never underestimate the power of this simple and yet effective option. Whenever the phone misbehaves, restart it and see if the issue is gone.
The SIM card – Perhaps your SIM card is damaged or was not correctly placed into the SIM card tray. Turn the phone off, and take the SIM card out to check it. If it is damaged, contact your carrier and get a replacement.
Reset network settings – You can reset the network settings when you have troubles with calls or any other network-related thing. Doing that is pretty simple Go to Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset network settings, and tap Reset to confirm.
Reset all settings – The next option to help you get rid of the issue is to reset all settings. It is quite simple, and it won’t erase any of your data.
