Ripple digital currency has had a very good year. Despite some setbacks, the currency continues to grow.

The boss of Ripple is Brad Garlinghouse. He spoke in a series of tweets on Wednesday about his company’s performance and cryptocurrency regulation. He explained that despite the lawsuit, Ripple had its “strongest year ever.” This despite some squabbles with government agencies.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit a year ago against him, Ripple Labs and co-founder Chris Larsen. The securities watchdog claimed that XRP should have been registered as a security. With all the (legal) consequences that entails. And then we mean, among other things, tax and supervision.
