Huawei P60 and Mate 60 already in March?

Huawei is actually pursuing a similar smartphone strategy to Xiaomi and Samsung. New top mobile phones will be brought to Europe in the first and second half of the year. According to the latest information, this strategy is about to change. Instead of a P series smartphone in the first half of the year and a Mate series smartphone in the second half, everything should now be presented in March 2023. It is said to be both the Huawei P60 and the Huawei Mate 60 give at the same time (Source: GizChina).

Samsung will be unveiling and launching its new Galaxy S23 smartphones around that time. It will be similar with Xiaomi. The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro have already been unveiled in China and are set to come to Europe soon. So it would a three-way battle of the smartphone giants. However, Huawei is at a disadvantage as the company still does not have access to 5G technology and cannot preinstall Google apps and services. The new Huawei phones should score with outstanding cameras.

The Huawei Mate 50 Pro has just been introduced:

Huawei folding phone later in the year

In the second half of the year, Huawei could then unveil new folding phones, essentially copying Samsung’s strategy. In the first half of the year there are the normal smartphones and later in the year the foldable devices. In any case, due to the many restrictions, it will not be easy for Huawei to generate many smartphone sales in Europe. It was recently announced that the US government now also wants to deny Huawei access to banks. So the situation is coming to a head.
