Grapefruit Spritz
Ready in two steps: squeeze a large and juicy red grapefruit and pour the juice into a cocktail glass. Then mix with (sparkling) water.
Basil Sour Cocktail
Basil only for pasta dishes? Not really. Also delicious in a mocktail. ‘Brush’ 5 basil leaves with 30 ml sugar water in a cocktail shaker. Add 60 ml Seedlip garden (a non-alcoholic spirit), 30 ml lime juice and 1 egg white. Let your muscles do their job and shake until it foams.
Mojito
Mix the juice of 1 lime, club soda, and your favorite sweetener, such as honey, agave syrup, or sugar water. Serve with about ten mint leaves and ice cubes.
