Android 11 for Poco F2 Pro

The first messages trickle in about a major update for the Poco F2 Pro. The nearly 3GB major update contains all the news of Android 11, the latest version of the operating system. Despite being a major update, the changelog only reports that this is a “Stable MIUI based on Android 11” update. We also see that there are improvements for the camera. There are three new AI watermarks, new templates for vlogs and you can now save vlogs as drafts.

Thanks to Android 11 you can take advantage of a lot of new functions. Think of Chat Bubbles, the new power menu with controls for smart devices, improved notifications and media controls and more new privacy options. In MIUI you will also find a number of improvements, which we see in MIUI 12. This includes new wallpapers, adjustments in the interface and various other improvements.

Poco is rolling out the update for the Poco F2 Pro in phases. This may take a while before it is available to everyone.
