Photo Bender is a very simple app: you download it and you can start using it right away. There will be a small tutorial first, but it is actually not necessary at all. You load your photo (or you take a photo) and you can get started with four options. The first is the ability to shrink aspects within the photo. You just need to tap the spot and depending on how long it will apply the effect.
