Dream away with a full bank account. Then you want to buy this dream house, right? A wooden villa in Los Angeles for the equivalent of 20 million euros. And some change.
That change amounts to more than four million euros. But a knee ear who pays attention to that. The house is listed for sale through the Fridman Group for $27,450 million. That is converted just over 24 million euros. And this is what you get for such a chunk of money.
It will come as no surprise that the amazing location is largely responsible for the hefty price tag. The same villa in a no man’s land can be half, if not more, cheaper. Watch out when you light the barbecue outside, because the entire villa has been given a wooden look. It gives a unique vibe and is something different than eternal bricks, isn’t it?
All luxury is of course present in this enormous country house. From a swimming pool to your own volleyball court. There is also a private golf course, six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a private cinema. In short, everything your heart desires and that in a prime location just outside the city of Los Angeles. You may be able to negotiate the price a bit, but a hefty discount of several million will probably not be in it. Unfortunately.
