Patricia’s daughter about mom’s advent calendar: ‘There were all kinds of sex things in it’

Normally my mother writes this column, but this time I’m writing it. I’m going to tell you about our lives.

Discussion

My name is Maria and I am 11 years old. My sister’s name is Phaedra and she is 8 years old. Sometimes we argue, but luckily that passes quickly. My mother doesn’t like that, but then I think to myself: ‘Then she’s just really, really unlucky. We’re just kids too.’ Daddy and she sometimes argue. They call that discussion. Daddy often has to call and is quicker to say yes when we ask for a piece of candy. So we secretly ask him that.

I used to play the piano, but I found it boring. I’m into hockey and horseback riding now and I like that. Mum should do more sports I think, but she says horse riding is enough sport. But all the other mothers are on those clubs. And maybe she’ll whine less about her jeans.

I’m in 8th grade and my bff’s name is Saar. I have two very sweet teachers. One of the teachers used to be a midwife and she often talks about how she helped other mothers when they had a baby. I always think that’s super fun, but most guys make a dirty face. But the teacher says that they have to pay attention, I like that.

I also want children in the future. If it’s a girl I’ll call her Fleur and a boy Tom.

More boring

I think the lockdown is stupid, because I like it better when the teacher is really next to me to explain it. And mom wasn’t really good at teaching. So I hope we can go back to school after the holidays, because I’m really looking forward to that.

It’s all a bit more boring, but luckily I can go to Bertje. Did I tell you that’s the name of my lease pony? Today I have jumping lessons and I hope we can compete again soon. My mother will also be recording a vlog soon so you can see Bertje.

crazy gift

She had also received a crazy present from Kek Mama. It was one of those calendars with compartments that you could open every day. I thought it had all the chocolate in it, but it had all the sex stuff in it. Mom laughed really hard and so did Dad.
