OPPO skips the Find X4′
The first renders of OPPO’s top phone from 2022 have been leaked: the Find X5. The phone has a recognizable design and a lot of specifications have also been leaked. The OPPO Find X5 will have a large 6.78-inch screen and three cameras on the back.

With the Xiaomi 12 launched on Tuesday and the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and S22 getting closer, OPPO should not be left behind, of course. The well-known rumor spreader OnLeaks gives us a first look at what we can expect from the OPPO Find X5 next year.
“Wait a minute, and what about the Find X4?”, I can hear you thinking. The number 4 is known in China as an unlucky number, which is why it would be skipped by OPPO. Unfortunately, we do not know from the renders below whether it concerns the Find X5 or the Pro version. The design is strongly reminiscent of what we saw with the Find X3 series this year, but only the camera island now has an asymmetrical shape.
Leaked specs
If this were the Pro model, it would mean that there will be no microscope camera in the phone next year. Furthermore, there are also specifications with this leak. The phone will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen, which is larger compared to the Find X3 Pro. The panel has a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Pro version is expected to get a QHD resolution while the regular variant will get Full HD.
In addition, the Pro phone runs a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 under the hood while the other has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. The battery is a 5000 mAh copy and OPPO supplies the device with an 80W fast charger, although other sources talk about 125W. The camera setup consists of two 50MP cameras and a 13MP sensor, but more is not yet known about this lens. At the front is a 32 MP selfie camera.

Prices and availability
