OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man edition announced: available from today
The high word from OnePlus about the new Pac-Man smartphone is out. The new OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man edition is available from tomorrow. This device will be released in the Netherlands, among others; a real must-have for the Pac-Man enthusiast.
OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition
OnePlus has announced a special edition of the OnePlus Nord 2; which will be on sale in Europe from tomorrow. It is the OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man edition. It offers a fully customized phone experience, fun games and exclusive Pac-Man content, according to the manufacturer. We see this, for example, in the interface of the smartphone, where we already saw in previous leaks that the fingerprint scanner gets special Pac-Man animations.
Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus says the following; “The OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition once again demonstrates OnePlus’ commitment to bring refreshing, meaningful experiences to our ever-expanding community” … “The OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition has all the great features our users want loved the original Nord 2, but this edition has now been expertly and fully adapted to honor the video game icon PAC-MAN.”
The design is the same as the regular Nord 2. However, the back cover consists of two layers with a suitable design. In this we also see the characteristic Pac-Man elements, such as the ‘dots’ and the doll itself. The inner layer has a glossy design, a maze, that glows in the dark. We also see many Pac-Man animations in the interface and there is a blue colored volume button. Thanks to invitations, backgrounds can be unlocked, we also see a custom camera filter, iconic ringtones and photo stickers.
OnePlus brings the device to the market with a phone holder, of course in the style of Pac-Man. We also see a cover and the OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man has all the functions that we also see with the regular Android phone. This means a 4500 mAh battery with lightning fast 65W charging, a 50 megapixel triple camera and a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. In our OnePlus Nord 2 review we were very enthusiastic about the smartphone.
The OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man will be available on Tuesday, November 16 at 12:00 PM, only at OnePlus. The price comes to 529 euros, where you get the version with 12GB RAM / 256GB storage space.
