OnePlus 10T brings back old tradition

OnePlus again chooses to release a T-model. The OnePlus 10T has been officially announced.

For a moment it seemed as if the Chinese tech company OnePlus had said goodbye to the T series. After all, last year there was no T-version of the 9. But apparently that was a one-time thing. OnePlus has officially announced that the 10T is on its way.

The unveiling of the 10T 5G is on August 3 in New York. It is the first time in years that the tech company is organizing a physical event. The past events were all digital. As usual, the 10T is an upgraded version of the previously released 10. The last time OnePlus had a physical event was with the 7T in 2019.

They keep everything a secret at OnePlus for a while. The tech company does let go that this 10T will be equipped with Qualcomm’s most powerful chipset. Namely the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The smartphone also comes with OxygenOS 13.

Talk about that. OxygenOS 13 is coming first to the OnePlus 10 Pro. The 10T is the second device from the tech company that will work with the latest version of the mobile operating system.

OnePlus says it will announce more about the 10T in the run-up to the unveiling.
