Cyberpunk 2077: Exciting police chase
About a year ago, Reddit user stranded rejoiced at finally being part of a police chase. That was a very brief pleasure, however, because after only three seconds it just popped away.
However, on February 15, 2022, CD Projekt Red announced the immediate release of update 1.5. The implemented a variety of brand new features and improvements, including enhanced visuals and gameplay elements. This includes the Introducing epic police chases.
Reddit user RogueTacoArt therefore witnessed what it looks like when the police follow someone to the end and apparently gets caught in the crossfire for a moment.
the Community is enthusiastic about the short video and immediately imagines the future of Cyberpunk 2077:
“This gives me hope that they might include militech or trauma team sequences, like the scene where you’re in the car with Jackie, but without a script,” reads the top comment from Reddit user googler_ooeric.
Original post from February 1, 2021:
While Cyberpunk 2077 has its quirks, there are still gamers who enjoy the open-world action role-playing game and spend a lot of time looking for that special thrill. After more than 80 hours of play, a player found his, but was bitterly disappointed.
Cyberpunk 2077: The Adrenaline of the Hunt
There’s just about everything in Cyberpunk 2077: gunfights, clothes, body modifications, driving, various recreational activities, interpersonal relationships, and choices that affect the game’s story. Most of this is also offered in games like GTA Online, but in one respect GTA clearly surpasses Cyberpunk 2077: police chases.
While in GTA Online you are constantly being hunted for seemingly small things, in Cyberpunk 2077 it is very difficult to get cops to pursue you – at least in the car.
After over 80 hours of playtime Reddit user stranded finally made it, as he proves in a small video in the forum. In it he shows himself ready to face an action-packed chase with the police and gives full throttle…then the police just pops away after a few seconds.
Cyberpunk 2077: Easy to win, easy to lose
We can only imagine how disappointed the player really was, but maybe developer CD Projekt Red will pay more attention to the matter in the future. First of all, more patches are to follow in order to gradually improve the game.
You can easily get Cyberpunk 2077 at home via Amazon.
After several postponements, Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10, 2020 for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Google Stadia. An update for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will follow later this year.
