New (security) update appears for Nokia G50 and Pixel 6 (Pro)

A new update is ready for three smartphones. First there is news for the Nokia G50, in addition we see a new interim update for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

Nokia G50 gets an update

A new update is rolling out to the Nokia G50, which has finally started updating to the January patch. It is striking that things have not been going very well with the updates at Nokia lately; with several devices we see quite a bit of delay. That is now also the case with the Nokia G50, says Jan. The phone will receive a January security update, while February has already been underway for a while.

Pixel 6

A new update is also rolling out to the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Earlier this month, these smartphones were already equipped with the latest security patch, now it is time for an interim update. The two Pixel devices get an extra security solution, which was not added with a previous update. Other changes are unknown. The updates will be rolled out from now on, Math and Jan report.
