NCZI draws attention to erroneous SMS messages related to vaccination

“If you get an SMS for another vaccine with number 1, ignore this one. Wait for a new SMS with number 2 and the right type of vaccine ”, reads the status of NCZI (National Center for Health Information) on the social network Facebook.

If you have already been vaccinated with the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, the second dose should be the same vaccine. The combination of vaccines is not allowed in Slovakia. Therefore, if you receive a message that contains information about a vaccine other than the one you received, do not respond to it.

NCZIs follow vaccination center data when planning vaccination. If they are not available, the waiting room may re-invite you to take the first dose, as the system does not know you have received it.
